Instead, the focus is on enjoying movement, improving fitness, and building healthy habits that can last a lifetime.
This introductory class is ideal for:
- New runners and joggers
- Individuals returning to exercise after a break
- Older adults
- People who find traditional running programs intimidating
- Anyone looking for a social and enjoyable way to be active
Whether your goal is to improve your fitness, increase your energy, or simply enjoy being active with others, slow jogging offers a welcoming and supportive environment for all fitness levels.
No experience required. Free to attend. Just wear comfortable clothing, supportive footwear, and come ready to give it a try!
Slow down, have fun, and discover that jogging can be for everyone.
